Cancellation Policy – Light for Woman

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

1. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

If the order is canceled within this time, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

Once your order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.

However, you may still request a return or exchange after receiving the order, following our official Return Policy and Refund Policy guidelines.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If you placed a Cash on Delivery order and wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.

Repeated cancellations of COD orders may lead to temporary suspension of your account to ensure fair service for all customers.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

1. For prepaid orders (via card or online payment), refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation approval.
2. Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

5. Company Rights

Light for Woman reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as:

1. Product unavailability.
2. Payment or verification issues.
3. Suspicious or fraudulent activity.

In such cases, you will be notified, and any payment made will be fully refunded.
